No. 586/Bill No. 143 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers, Ben Franklin Bldg. <br /> <br /> TIME: 3:08 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 143 reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 143 transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 586 dated <br /> July 30, 2007 ,amends Ordinance No. 07-83, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending June 30, 2008, by <br /> adding the following project: <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: <br /> North Kona Effluent Reuse Upgrade -County [$766,000] $4,861,000 <br /> (110.699.5696.12) <br /> Funds for this anpropriation shall be Drovided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $4,095,000 <br /> Fund Balance and/or Other Sources <br /> The design and construction of the North Kona Effluent Reuse Upgrade infrastructure is to be performed <br /> as part of the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation -Highway Division's (State DOT) Queen <br /> Ka`ahumanu Widening Project -Phase II (Design-Build Project extending from Honokokau Hatbor to <br /> Keahole Airport).
