16. Water: At the present time there is an existing 6-inch public water line along Pili Mua <br /> Street. In conjunction with the County's plans for additional elderly housing <br /> development, the County will be making roadway improvements within Pili Mua <br /> Street, including the installation of an 8-inch water line. <br /> 17. Wastewater System: No municipal sewage system exists in Keaau Village. A private <br /> system will have to be installed for the proposed use. <br /> 18. Solid Waste: Private refuse service will be utilized to haul away any solid waste. <br /> 19. Other Services: Police, Fire and ambulatory services are adjacent to the subject <br /> property.
