I commend the Planning Commissioners for their <br /> dedication to County government, by donating so much of their personal time to the <br /> issues. Mahalo. <br /> It seems that the workload could be cut in half by having two boards, although I am <br /> concerned whether there will be enough people to fill <br /> them. To that end, I would suggest a clause in the bill (2 have not <br /> read yet) to include a contingency plan in the event an issue is heard so many times, <br /> without a quorum, to the possibility of having only one board, or a combined board, to <br /> cover such an emergency. <br /> Thank you, <br /> <br /> Kim Tavares <br /> Comm.
