<br /> P. As identified in the approved Archaeological Mitigation Plan (Appendix C), Site <br /> 23417 shall be preserved. A barrier shall be constructed azound the site during <br /> construction. Upon completion, buffers shall be established azound the site and <br /> cautionary and interpretive signs shall be posted. <br /> Q. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Deparhnent of Land and Natural Resources- <br /> Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately notified. <br /> Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological cleazance from the <br /> DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> R. The applicant shall include an area for a bus stop, and shall construct a shelter for <br /> bus passengers. This condition maybe met either within the property, adjacent <br /> property, or along Kakahiaka Street. <br /> S. The applicant shall provide an active recreational area on not less than l -acre of <br /> land. The active recreation azea may consist of a pool or other facilities as <br /> approved by the Planning Director in consultation with the Director of the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> T. The applicant(s) shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and <br /> requirements. <br /> U. The applicant shall pay its fair share contribution to address potential regional <br /> impacts of the project with respect to roads, park, fire, police and solid waste <br /> disposal facilities. The fair share contribution shall be initially based on the <br /> representations contained within the change of zone application and maybe <br /> increased or reduced proportionally if the unit counts are adjusted.
