The Association of <br /> Owners is made up of many owners who provide medical services in our community. <br /> Unfortunately, due to the population growth in our community, business is booming for our medical <br /> providers. With this growth is the need for more parking at the Punahele Professional Building. <br /> IF Punahele Professional Building is allowed to use this lot for parking the Association agrees to: <br /> 1) Install a vinyl fence between the back of your lot and the current parking lot in order to better <br /> provide privacy to your lot. <br /> 2) Only use the new parking area during working hours only, Monday thru Friday. <br /> 3) Provide security for the area during the nights and weekends. <br /> In short the Punahele Professional Building Association of Owners wants very much to work with <br /> you, our neighbors. We are putting the above items in writing in order to assure you of our <br /> commitment to work with our neighbors. <br /> We request your support on this matter.
