PUNAHELE PROFESIONAL BUILDING ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS
82PuuhonuP/ace -6110, EawaU
~a1Hag Address: 2 Ramehamoha Ave. - HHo, HawaH 96720
(808)935-4152 - Fax (808) 951-2359
Octaber2, 20D7
Ms. Cheryl Reis
65 Punahele Street
Hilo, Hawaii 96720
Dear Ms. Reis,
I am writing on behalf of the Punahele Professional Building Association of Owners in regards to
their request to re-zone their lot down adjacent to you to allow for parking. The Association of
Owners is made up of many individuals who provide medical services in our community.
Unfortunately, due to the population growth in our community, business is booming for our medical
providers. With this growth is the need for more parking at the Punahele Professional Building.
IF Punahele Professional Building is allowed to use this lot for parking the Association agrees to:
1) Continue to keep the vacant lot fenced by installing a vinyl fence between your property and the
vacant lot. The fence will be the same as the vinyl fence on the back of the lot. This fence will extend
the entire length of the property and extend to the ground to help provide complete privacy and protect
you from automobile fumes.
2) Plant nice foliage along the fence line to provide you more privacy.
3) Install a vinyl fence between the back of your lot and the current parking lot in order to better
provide privacy to your lot.
4) The parking area will only be used during working hours only, Monday thru Friday.
5) Provide security for the area during the nights and weekends.
The Punahele Professional Building Association of Owners wants very much to work with all of our
neighbors. We are putting the above items in writing to assure you of our commitment to work with
you honestly and fairly.
We request your support of the Punahele Professional Building Association of Owners in its efforts to
provide more parking and good medical care for the people of Hawaii.
Respectfully submitted,

Nancy Cabral
Property Manager
