LEASE <br /> THIS LEASE is made this day of , 2007 by and between <br /> DAY-LUM RENTALS & MANAGEMENT, INC., (hereafter called "Lessor") whose post office <br /> and business address is 2 Kamehameha Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, in its capacity as managing <br /> agent for premises owner Bruce Hansen, and COUNTY OF HAWAII, whose mailing address <br /> is 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, HI 96720 (hereafter called "Lessee"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That Lessor, in consideration of the rent herein reserved and of the covenants herein <br /> contained and on the part of Lessee to be observed and performed and upon and subject to the <br /> terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, does hereby lease to Lessee, and Lessee does hereby <br /> lease from Lessor, that certain premises located in Hilo, Hawaii, and described in the section <br /> entitled Special Conditions of this Lease below. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Lessee for a term commencing upon the <br /> Commencement Date (hereinafter defined) and ending on the Termination Date (hereinafter <br /> defined). <br /> A. Special Conditions oFthis Lease. <br /> The following subparagraphs constitute all of the Special Conditions of this Lease as <br /> <br /> referred to elsewhere in this Lease: <br /> (1) Description of the Premises: The premises described as 15-2662 Pahoa Villaee <br /> Road Suite 304 Pahoa. HI ,consisting of approximately 800 square feet of <br /> rentable space. <br /> (2) The term of this Lease shall be 5 years , (the "Term"), commencing upon the <br /> date of receipt of final inspection (the "Commencement Date"), unless sooner <br /> terminated as herein provided.
