A description of the proposed amendments <br /> follows. In these descriptions ramseyerin¢ is used to show the proposed changes to the initial <br /> draft of bill 151. <br /> 1. Page 6 SECTION 7 (Amends section 27-12) <br /> Bill 151 D2 was changed by adding the following definition: <br /> "Buffer zones" are azeas bordering_and within 50 feet of special flood hazard <br /> areas with base flood elevations depth numbers specified in feet on the FIRM or <br /> other azeas that have been studied and identified with base flood elevations or <br /> d~th numbers." <br /> 2.
