<br /> ~ <br /> -3- <br /> c. The total annual operating budget shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED <br /> FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (S142,5001 <br /> for fiscal year 1998-99. The annual increase of the operating <br /> budget shall not exceed TEN PERCENT (10%). Four (4) votes by <br /> the Board of Directors are required to set the annual operating <br /> budget. <br /> d. Other sources of funds shall be utilized whenever available to <br /> reduce the DEPARTMENT'S and COUNTY'S contributions. <br /> 5. Term of Agreement: The term of this Agreement shall commence on the <br /> effective date of this Agreement and shall remain in effect for a minimum <br /> period of ten (10) years.
