The objectives of this grant have been met in as much as the progress of having a <br /> statewide traffic data base is being realized by the individual police departments and <br /> <br /> the state. Updating of the State's traffic crash report is in progress with several <br /> electronic versions being presented to the committee as well as electronic citations <br /> currently being tested by Honolulu Police Department. <br /> There have been no purchases of Lap top computers during this fiscal year due to the <br /> <br /> time constraints of the County's procurement process. <br /> <br />
