County & state agencies-Prosecutor's office, County's Department of Liquor Control, County Mass Transit, Big Island State Dept. of Transportation, State Judiciary 3. Liaison between police, community, prosecutors and judiciary on impaired driving and court. Collect statistics on conviction rate A Criminal Justice subcommittee was established and four meetings were held to set goals for improving court convictions and Administrative Driver's License Revocation process. Please see attached summary of Criminal Justice subcommittee goals. As a result of the meeting: ? Quarterly meetings are being held to discuss goals to improve processing and adjudication of DUI cases. Meetings held between Prosecutor's office and Judiciary to share concerns works with the Judiciary to incorporate strategies from meetings to improve processing of cases.
