tr or M_ <br /> "Fr <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 433 07 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS "A," "B," AND "C," <br /> BEING PORTONS OF TAX MAP KEYS: (3)2-4-010:001 AND 132, SITUATE AT <br /> WAIAKEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII, FROM <br /> KAHAOPEA'03, LLC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, KAHAOPEA '03, LLC, is the owner of: <br /> Road Lot "A" (Maikai Street) 71,524 squaze feet, or 1.642 acres. <br /> Road Lot "B" (Makala Place) 12,814 square feet; and <br /> Road Lot "C" (Makale`a Place) 13,927 square feet. <br /> identified as being portions of Tax Map Keys: (3)2-4-010:001 and 132, and situated at Waiakea, <br /> in the District of South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii (see Exhibit "A" attached); and <br /> WHEREAS, Kahaopea'03, LLC has constructed all subdivision improvements and <br /> received final subdivision approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kahaopea '03, LLC is desirous of dedicating the subject parcels, including <br /> all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes, <br /> and the improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawaii Department <br /> of Public Works, Department of Water Supply, and the Planning Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> to County of Hawaii standards, aze in acceptable condition for dedication, and in full <br /> compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code; and <br /> <br />
