Indemnification and Insurance. <br /> (a) The District Association shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County and <br /> its officers and employees against any claim arising out of an act or omission of the <br /> District Association or its District Board, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or <br /> agents in executing this District Plan or otherwise performing the duties of the District. <br /> (b) The District Association shall also obtain and maintain in force insurance against <br /> liability arising out of an act or omission of the District Association or its District Board, <br /> directors, officers, or employees in executing this District Plan or otherwise performing <br /> the duties of the District. The District Board with the concurrence of the County shall <br /> have the authority to determine what level of insurance coverage is sufficient for the <br /> District Association. <br /> This subsection shall not be construed as preventing the District Association from <br /> obtaining and maintaining in force other classes or types of insurance. <br /> 8 <br /> F.XHIRIT "A" <br /> <br />
