WHEREAS, Kea`au High School has partnered with the Hawaii Island Economic <br /> Development Board, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to send four students and one <br /> <br /> teacher/facilitator to represent the Big Island at the upcoming conference, however, funds are <br /> needed to help cover their travel expenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated <br /> <br /> to the Planning Department to help cover the travel expenses for four students and one <br /> teacher/facilitator from Kea`au High School to attend the national EAST Partnership <br /> Conference in Hot Springs, Arkansas; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council Svc -Contingency Relief $5,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.141.5141.02 Planning Department $5,500 <br /> Planning OCE <br /> (EAST Partnership Conference) <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
