SECTION 4. Chapter 14, article 1, section 14-22(a)(1)(E), Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to intoxicating liquors allowed between the hours of 10:00 <br /> a.m. and 10:00 p.m., is amended to read as follows: <br /> "(E) [r ~ Wai`olena and Wai`uli Beach Parks, except a portion located <br /> between the pavilions and the west end of the seawall beginning at a point four-tenths of <br /> a mile west of Leleiwi Street and extending three hundred twelve feet in the westerly <br /> direction;" <br /> SECTION 5. Chapter 15, article 8, section IS-68.1, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended), Hilo/Hamakua facility schedule, is amended to read as follows (Note: <br /> underlining of Hilo/Hamakua is not meant to indicate a ramseyered change to the current code.): <br /> "Section 15-68.1.
