The Hilo Salvation Army is now awarding an additional <br /> $100,000 to the Hawai'i County Police Department to perform certain services related to law <br /> enforcement noted in the Pahoa Weed & Seed proposal. Earlier this year, the Hilo Salvation <br /> Army had awarded $67,325 to this program.
