This <br /> project will connect lots in the Honoka'a town area, currently serviced by large capacity <br /> cesspools, to a collector system serviced by a wastewater disposal system. The additional <br /> funding is needed for additional design services ($100,000), for a design contingency <br /> ($85,000), and for consultant services to acquire sewer easements ($10,000).
