U~ <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS "A," "B" AND "C" OF <br /> THE KAHA`OLINO SUBDIVISION, SITUATE IN KALAOA, NORTH KONA, COUNTY <br /> AND STATE OF HAWAII, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY: (3)7-3-005:165, FROM <br /> KAHA`OLINO PARTNERS, LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, KAHA`OLINO PARTNERS, LLC is the owner of: <br /> Road Lot "A" (Ki`eki`e Street) 27,879 sq. ft. <br /> Road Lot "B" (Aka`ula Street) 34,711 sq. ft. <br /> Road Lot "C" (`Ili `Ili Street) 24,338 sq. ft. <br /> situate at Kalaoa, North Kona, County and State of Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map <br /> Key: (3)7-3-005165, being more particularly described in Exhibits 1, 2 and 3, and delineated on <br /> Exhibit 4 attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kaha`olino Partners, LLC was required to improve to County dedicable <br /> standards and dedicate said subdivision roads to the County of Hawaii pursuant to Condition F <br /> of Ordinance No. 02-62; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kaha`olino Partners, LLC is desirous of dedicating the subject roadways to <br /> the County of Hawaii; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the <br /> Council, on behalf of the County of Hawaii, may accept gifts which include the dedication of <br /> land on behalf of the County of Hawaii. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, <br /> that the County of Hawaii accepts: <br /> Road Lot "A" (Ki`eki`e Street) 27,879 sq. ft. <br /> Road Lot "B" (Aka`ula Street) 34,711 sq. ft. <br /> Road Lot "C" (`Ili `Ili Street) 24,338 sq. ft. <br /> <br />
