Licensing all those desiring to import and sell intoxicating liquors, <br />2. Conducting the review of and adoption ofrules which set parameters for <br />operations of a licensed premises, <br />3. Empowering staff to enforce state and county liquor laws by inspection <br />and provide adjudicatory duties through education and special programs, <br />4.
