Individual sheets with justification are included for purchases over $10,000. <br />4 STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS OR MANDATES <br />The Department of Public Works is currently in compliance with statutory requirements and mandates. However, unless resolved, the privatization <br />issue could make it difficult for the Department to continue to be in compliance in the future. Increasingly complex regulations will necessitate that the <br />Department have the ability to utilize expertise outside of the County. Budget constraints will require the County to take a hard look at which core <br />services the County must continue to provide. <br />0 <br />
