No. 447-07 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:39 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 447-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No.447-07, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> No. 848, dated December 4, 2007, authorizes the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year <br /> for amulti-year lease agreement for five (5) years for an intermediate volume copier for the <br /> Department of Environmental Management's Administration/Business Services office. <br /> The Administrative and Business Services office staff currently shares an intermediate volume <br /> copier and the copy volume of that copier is more than double the copy allowance of the annual <br /> maintenance agreement.
