(Regular S&W - $82,080; Overtime S&W - $8,432; Miscellaneous <br /> S&W - $192). <br /> <br /> $25,402 Ocean Safety - OCE: <br /> <br /> This amount represents the ancillary costs of the four new positions. This includes <br /> their telephone ($360), uniform allowance ($288), medical supplies ($2,480), <br /> miscellaneous supplies ($1,374) and rescue equipment ($900). Also included in <br /> this amount is the shipping charge ($20,000) of their new lifeguard tower. <br /> <br /> $60,000 Helicopter Services: <br /> <br /> Due to an increase in emergency incidents and the performance of routine volcanic <br /> eruption surveys and monitoring, the operational and maintenance costs for the <br /> helicopter will exceed current budget operations.
