Also included in <br /> this amount is the shipping charge ($20,000) of their new lifeguard tower. <br /> <br /> $60,000 Helicopter Services: <br /> <br /> Due to an increase in emergency incidents and the performance of routine volcanic <br /> eruption surveys and monitoring, the operational and maintenance costs for the <br /> helicopter will exceed current budget operations.
