BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The State Department of the Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division is providing <br /> a grant to improve the investigation of the department through evidence collection of audible and clear pre- <br /> recorded interviews, or statements of victims, witnesses and offenders which may lead to a successful <br /> prosecution for crimes against women.
