<br /> ' analysis, prevention, and providing expert testimony and <br /> treatment of trauma related to sexual assault; <br /> (10) developing, enlarging or strengthening programs to assist <br /> law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, and others to address <br /> the needs and circumstances of older and disabled women who <br /> are victims of sexual assault or domestic violence, <br /> including recognizing, investigating, and prosecuting <br /> instances of such assault or violence and targeting <br /> outreach and support, counseling, and other victim services <br /> to such older and disabled individuals; and <br /> (11) providing assistance to victims of sexual assault and <br /> domestic violence in immigration matters. <br /> WHEREAS, the Governor has designated Agency to serve <br /> as Hawaii's office for administering the federal financial <br /> assistance available under the Act; <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee is qualified to receive funds <br /> available to Hawaii under the Act and its implementing <br /> regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 33) or guidelines (Office of Justice <br /> Programs, STOP Violence Against Women Formula and Discretionary <br /> Grant Program Guidance), and has applied to Agency for receipt <br /> of the same as a subgrantee; <br /> Rev. 08/04 a <br /> <br />
