WHEREAS, Agency has reviewed Grantee's application for <br /> funds, and is satisfied that all of the requirements of the Act <br /> <br /> and its implementing regulations have been satisfied and that <br /> <br /> Grantee is capable of using the federal funds requested <br /> <br /> appropriately; <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee has demonstrated the capacity to <br /> provide the services, programs and activities described herein <br /> and is ready, willing and able to provide the required services, <br /> programs and activities; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Agency and Grantee for and in <br /> consideration of the covenants, conditions, agreements, and <br /> stipulations hereinafter expressed, do mutually agree as <br /> follows: <br /> A. SCOPE OF SERVICES. <br /> Grantee shall, in a proper and satisfactory <br /> manner, as determined by Agency, and in accordance with the <br /> terms and conditions of this Contract, use the funds received <br /> under this Contract for the purposes stated herein and in <br /> accordance with the "Application For Grant" (Parts I through IV <br /> including all certifications required under Section C) attached <br /> Rev. 08/04 ~ <br /> <br />
