<br /> The Planning Commission, after a duly held public hearing on January It, 2008, voted to
<br /> recommend for your approval the proposed legislative bills for amendments to Ordinance Nos.
<br /> 96-7 and 96-8 by amending the portion of Condition MA (Ordinance No. 96-7) and Condition
<br /> LA (Ordinance No. 96-8) relating to the construction of a barricade or breakaway gate to prevent
<br /> the use of Halekii Street as a vehicular thoroughfare prior to the opening of the entire
<br /> Mamalahoa Bypass. Ordinance No. 96-7 reclassified lands from Unplanned (U) to Agricultural
<br /> I-acre (A-1a) at Honuaino 3`1 and 41h, Hokukano Is' and 2"d, Halekii, Keekee Is and 2"d, llikahi,
<br /> Kanakau I" and 2"d, Kalukalu 1" 2nd and 3`d, and Onouli 1", North and South Kona, Hawaii,
