~tv or p-_ <br /> .°F4 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••,•r•0l~Mr~` <br /> BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24- <br /> <br /> 279, SCHEDULE 27, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS <br /> <br /> AMENDED), VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, RELATING TO PARKING ON PAVEMENT <br /> <br /> PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-279, Schedule 27, of the <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 24-279. Schedule 27. Parking on pavement prohibited at all times. <br /> When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any time <br /> park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or portions of streets: <br /> (a) Hamakua <br /> (1) Loke Street, both sides, between Ohia Street and Miulana Place. <br /> (b) North Hilo <br /> (c) South Hilo <br /> (1) Desha Avenue, both sides, between Andrews Avenue and Baker <br /> Avenue. <br /> (2) Hualilili Street, both sides, beginning at Kanmana Drive and extending <br /> one hundred sixty-eight feet in the southeasterly direction. <br /> (3) Ka`ie`ie Homestead Road, for its entire length. <br /> (4) Kilauea Avenue, both sides, between Kawailani Street and Ohea <br /> Street. <br /> (5) Pukihae Street, for its entire length. <br /> (6) The old Mamalahoa Highway, mauka side, beginning at the Plantation <br /> Road and ending at the unnamed roadway leading into Onomea Park <br /> Subdivision. <br /> (d) Ka'u <br /> (e) Kohala <br /> (1) Pomaika'i Place, both sides, for its entire length. <br /> (f) Kona <br /> (1) Ali`i Drive from Disappearing Sands Beach to the County park <br /> adjacent to Keauhou Hotel, except as provided in schedule 28, sections <br /> 24-280(d)(9) and (d)(10). <br /> (2) Belt Highway, mauka side, beginning at station 30+30 and extending <br /> four hundred thirty-five feet in the southerly direction to the Phillips <br /> 66 service station in Kainaliu. <br /> <br />
