No. 1012/Bi11243 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai St. <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:37 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works & Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred in <br /> Communication 1012, regarding Bi11243, reports as follows: <br /> Bi11243, transmitted by Council Member Dominic Yagong, via Communication No. 1012, dated <br /> February 7, 2008, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-279, Schedule 27, of the <br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), by adding Loke Street, both sides between <br /> Ohia Street and Miulana Place, in the Hamakua District, to Schedule 27, Relating to Pazking on <br /> Pavement Prohibited at All Times. <br /> There was no testimony from the public on this proposed amendment. <br /> Council Member Dominic Yagong stated that adding Loke Street, both sides between Ohia Street and <br /> Miulana Place, in the Hamakua District to Schedule 27 will prohibit pazking on pavement at all times <br /> on these narrow streets.
