Communication 910 <br /> Resolution 482 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> A September 20, 2007 letter from GW Construction to Hilo One, lnc. states that the road <br /> <br /> widening improvements of the Old Mamalahoa Highway has been completed at a cost of <br /> $48,648.00. <br /> The Planning Director reviewed and approves the actual cost of the roadway improvements in <br /> <br /> the amount of $48,648.00 to satisfy the in lieu fair share contribution and requests that the <br /> Council approve the in lieu actual cost of roadway improvements in the amount of $48,648.00 to <br /> <br /> offset the full amount of the fair share contribution to support road and traffic improvements as <br /> <br /> required by Condition "K". <br /> <br /> At the January 23, 2008 Planning Committee meeting, Director Yuen stated that an ordinance <br /> <br /> passed some years ago provided that all in lieu requests for fair share be brought to the Council <br /> for approval.
