No. 925/Resolution No. 486-08 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> <br /> TIME: 10:20 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 486-08, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 486-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 925, dated January 7, 2008, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of <br /> more than one fiscal year for amulti-year lease of office space in Waimea, to enter into a 10-year <br /> lease with Waimea Retail, LLC for office space at Pazker Ranch Center for a new satellite <br /> Vehicle Registration and Licensing center, and to consolidate the new office and the Waimea <br /> Prosecutor's and County Council Offices in a single location.
