Boren and Steven Okoji to the County of <br /> Hawaii Environmental Management Commission. <br /> Both individuals were unable to make it to the Environmental Management Committee meeting <br /> and were excused by the Chair. Both individuals will be present for their confirmation by the <br /> full Council. <br /> Pursuant to Article V, Section 6-5.5, Hawaii County Charter, there shall be an Environmental <br /> Management Commission, consisting of nine members.
