I have <br /> lived in Hawaii for 17 years and have been an active member in multiple Equestrian activities. Currently I am a <br /> member of the Hawaii Island Cutting Horse Association and Hawaii Quarter Horse Association. Our clubs as well <br /> as many other clubs and organizations use this facility regularly. With our population rapidly growing as it has in <br /> the past few years, our parks and public facilities need to grow as well. Public facilities are a huge asset to our <br /> community and a necessary component to the equestrian sport.
