I hope the Council will do all that it can to open up Haekii Rd to the public. I am in favor of <br /> bill 251. <br /> Bill 251 - One Way on Halekii southbound between 3:30 - 6:30 weekdays <br /> I work in Keauhou and use Kaliopapa Street a couple times a week.
