MtV oI M 9 <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .~Tt O~~N'~ <br /> BILL NO. ,F, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br /> 1983 (2005 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-267, <br /> schedule 15 (One way streets), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code <br /> 1983 (2005 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately <br /> numbered and to read as follows: <br /> f~ Haleki'i Street, all vehicular traffic shall move in the southbound <br /> direction only from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday, except <br /> holidays, for the lower portion of Haleki'i Street (4000 feet) <br /> extending from the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass to a point 600 feet <br /> makai of the Muli St. intersection. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br /> other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
