(Until there is a full build-out at either Alii Parkway and/or to Napoopoo Junction I expect the <br /> measure to merely relocate the congestion and generate a longer travel distance, providing no time <br /> benefit.) <br /> <br /> However, one mitigation aspect is encouraging and may make the whole detour worthwhile for our <br /> community: hopefully the use of roundabouts on Halekii will familiarize our drivers with their flow <br /> benefits. In the longterm I pray we may finally put that measure in place at Honalo junction and <br /> elsewhere.
