I am a junior at Kealakehe High School. I am a believer in <br /> having smoke-free beaches and support Bill 224 because I want to be able to go to the <br /> beach without having a hard time to breathe, or smell and see cigarette butts all over the <br /> beach. I hate toxic litter. It's nasty! <br /> <br /> I also want this Bill 224 to pass because it would be good for everyone. We would be <br /> able to enjoy ourselves and have a good day knowing we won't be the next victim of <br /> getting cancer or the next person to get black lungs from secondhand smoke. <br /> <br /> I hope you are able to accept this as a written testimony in support of Bill 224. <br /> <br /> Thank you, <br /> <br /> Caroline L.
