At various times the counties have assisted <br /> each other by providing needed services or expertise. Maui County is currently <br /> experiencing a backlog in their abstracting program, which negatively affects their ability <br /> to accurately process real property taxes. Our Real Property Tax Division abstractors <br /> are current on processing ownership changes and may periodically have time available <br /> to assist County of Maui during the next six months.
