BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mud Lane Road Ad Hoc Committee shall: <br /> 1. Be established pursuant to Rule No. 8 of the Rules of Organization and Procedure of <br /> the Council of the County of Hawaii; <br /> 2. Work with the aforementioned parties and others to best establish a consensus for the <br /> future of Mud Lane Road; <br /> 3. Report its findings to the Hawaii County Council's Planning Committee and submit <br /> said report to the Honorable Mayor Harry Kim ,the Director of the Planning <br /> Department, and the Director of the Department of Public Works upon completion of <br /> said report; and <br /> 4.
