Both of these programs provided the <br /> Commissioners with additional training and information on these areas which are so critical. A <br /> summary of the teleconference along with a summary of the workshop are attached as Appendix <br /> 4. <br /> <br /> + Suggestion Form <br /> rr <br /> The 2007 Suggestion Form (see Appendix 5) was revised on February 12, 2007 to <br /> include additional questions and requests for supplementary information and documentation <br /> 49 relating to the suggested site or project. In addition, the suggestion form format was also revised <br /> so that it would correlate with the revised assessment criteria form. <br /> <br /> +O The Commission assessed the suggestion forms received from the public between <br /> September 6, 2006 and June 29, 2007.
