The proposed amendment relating to the number of irrigated farms and ranchers depending on the Kohala Ditch, is illustrated via Ramseyer format, and reads as follows: "WHEREAS, the Kohala Ditch Project, a pumping / irrigation project initiated to help maintain water supply to North Kohala farmlands, is now vital in sustaining no less than 17 [dairy fiwms] farmers and ranchers ' ^C...1':" h is the main provider for- the I, eal tsar.
