Therefore, pursuant to subsection 15-67(a)(2)(C)(i), Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended), that certain open azea identified by TMK (3) 8-1-024:031 and currently <br /> known as the Kona Scenic Park is hereby renamed, in Mr. Lum Won's honor, the "Clazence <br /> Lum Won Park." <br /> SECTION 2.
