Bill 235, Draft 2 is a result of proposed amendments contained in <br /> Communication No. 997.2 and Communication No. 997.4, with additional amendments proposed to <br /> Communication No. 997.4, that were duly approved during the joint Committee meeting on March 11, <br /> 2008. <br /> <br /> The additional amendments to Communication No. 997.4 consisted of: <br /> <br /> 1. In the second sentence of Condition M.4, adding the word "Extension" to "Haleki`i Street". <br /> <br /> 2. In Condition M.7(g), deleting the words "the Haleki`i Street" and replacing with "Kaleiopapa <br /> Road" <br /> <br /> 3. In the first sentence of Condition M.8, adding the word "Extension" to "Haleki`i Street." <br /> <br /> 4.
