I am a junior at Kealakehe High School. I want <br /> Bill 224 to be passed. <br /> <br /> I want it to be illegal for people to smoke on the beach and litter the aina. I want this <br /> because cigarettes are poison! If Bill 224 is passed we would have much cleaner, <br /> beautiful, SAFER beaches. Our keiki wouldn't have to see so much smoking and so they <br /> would be less likely to use tobacco themselves. <br /> <br /> You wouldn't allow TOXIC WASTE to be dumped on the beaches.
