Lastly, DIVIDE the number of residents into the grand <br /> <br /> tota[for a per person cost of $819,091 for the first year! <br /> <br /> <br /> Sorry, there is no single solution to a complex problem. Remember, more <br /> <br /> than 10 years ago H-Power was going to solve Oahu's trash problem (Not). <br /> <br /> Aside from using a quarry as a new dump, the County could or contract a <br /> <br /> massive recycling effort by buying all generic glass, cardboard, newspapers, <br /> <br /> magazines, steel cans, scrap metal, etc. from people and recovering some of <br /> <br /> the money from the subsequent sale. <br /> <br /> <br /> Late breaking news has it that Wheelabrator will soon be changing its name Q <br /> <br /> to Wheelbarrows-of-our-money.
