Title V, a Juvenile Delinquency Prevention federal grant, was awarded <br /> by the Juvenile Justice State Advisory Council and the State of Hawaii, Office <br /> of Youth Services to the County of Hawaii. Subsequent awards will be for <br /> $55,000 in FY 98-99, and $35,000 in FY 99-00. <br /> <br /> Also enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Contract <br /> Number DHS-98-OYS-6379. <br /> <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of <br /> Parks & Recreation. <br /> <br /> <br /> Harry A.
