This <br /> <br /> includes submission of ballot language to the state chief election officer prior to 4:30 p.m., September 5, <br /> 2008, pursuant to section 11-1 19(b) Hawaii Revised Statutes. While it is the responsibility of the <br /> <br /> County Clerk to draft ballot questions, I am requesting that this communication be agendized with <br /> Resolution 628-08, so that Council Members will be able to provide comment on my proposed ballot <br /> <br /> language which is as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 00=14 w, <br /> Ref.
