The <br /> property is located mauka (southwest) of the Sunrise Estates Subdivision, Increment I, <br /> Kukuau Is`, South Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the change of zone: <br /> <br /> The applicant requests a five-year extension of time to comply with Condition C <br /> (final subdivision approval) of Ordinance No. 93 36. Condition C currently reads: <br /> <br /> "Subdivision plans for the proposed development shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Department within one year from the effective date of the change of <br /> zone. Final Subdivision Approval shall be secured within two years from the date <br /> of receipt of Tentative Subdivision Approval." <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 93 36 rezoned approximately 171.84 acres from an Agricultural <br /> (A) to the Residential and Agricultural (RA) district to allow the development of a 140 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
