We agreed to work with uii <br /> <br /> parties providing we are allowed a two year extension. <br /> On December 21, 2004, Mr. Gerald Takase; Assista71t Corporation Counsel, sent a letter co <br /> County Planning asking to extend the Change of Zone Ordinance because of Hawaii County's <br /> <br /> desire to purchase a drainage easement at the entry of the above subdivision (copy of Mr. <br /> Takase's letter is also attached). We met with the County on many occasions and changed the <br /> subdivision map 3 times in an attempt to resolve the condemnation but the condemnation was <br /> never resolved. <br /> <br /> All engineering and construction plans have been approved by Planning. Affordable housing <br /> requirements have been met.
