Buildings shall conform to all requirements of codes and statutes <br /> pertaining to building construction. <br /> <br /> "2. All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and shall <br /> not be directed toward any adjacent properties. <br /> <br /> 3. Applicant shall be informed that if drywells are included in the subject <br /> subdivision improvements, Chapter 23, Underground Injection Control <br /> (UIC), Administrative Rules, Dept. of Health, prohibit any person from <br /> operating, constructing or modifying an injection well (drywell) unless <br /> authorized by a permit issued by the Director of Health, State of <br /> Hawaii. Furthermore, should dedication of roadways including <br /> drywells be contemplated, the Dept. of Public Works will not approve <br /> dedication [of] roadways prior to compliance with Chapter 23, UIC, <br /> Administrative Rules. <br /> <br /> "4. The slaughterhouse road has a 40-ft. right-of-way with a 12-ft. wide <br /> gravel pavement. <br /> <br /> "5. The access road between slaughterhouse road and the State Highway <br /> has a 60-ft. right-of-way with a 12-ft. to 16-ft. gravel pavement. <br /> <br /> 6. The applicant should be advised of the subdivision requirements prior <br /> to this matter being placed on the Planning Commission Agenda. <br /> Unless a variance from subdivision roadway requirements is coupled <br /> with this application, the applicant may find that the cost of <br /> subdivisions (sic) is prohibitive." <br /> <br /> 24. Real Property Tax Division: <br /> <br /> "Deferred taxes pursuant to Hawaii County Code, Chapter 19, Article 7, <br /> Section 19-53(f); Due to subdivision of land into parcels of five acres or less <br /> will be imposed upon subdivision." <br /> <br /> 25.
