A maximum of two (2) police officers shall be provided an <br /> opportunity to attend the National DARE Parent Program Training <br /> in Los Angeles, California. Each officer who attends the training <br /> shall submit a report which includes lessons learned and <br /> recommendations. <br /> <br /> 2. The CONTRACTOR shall submit written reports of all conferences and trainings <br /> <br /> attended under this Agreement within thirty (30) days after the completion of the <br /> event. Should the CONTRACTOR fail to file the required reports with the <br /> -STATE on or before the required date, the STATE is authorized to withhold funds <br /> owed to the CONTRACTOR until the reports are filed with the STATE. <br /> <br /> 3. The CONTRACTOR shall submit the Quarterly Activity Report - Addendum <br /> (Exhibit D) and furnish any additional reports or information that the STATE <br /> may, from time to time, require such as the grade levels of the students served; the <br /> names of schools served; and the number of DARE officers involved with each <br /> school. <br /> <br /> 4. The CONTRACTOR shall, upon request, meet with representatives of the STATE <br /> to discuss the progress of the work required hereunder. <br /> <br /> 5.
